High-Chromium Alloy Rolls

High-Chromium Alloy Rolls are manufactured using high-chromium cast iron or high-chromium steel (with a chromium content typically ranging from 12% to 25%). Through alloy optimization and heat treatment, these rolls develop high-hardness, high-wear-resistant carbides (such as M₇C₃-type carbides) and exhibit the following core characteristics:

· Ultra-high wear resistance

· Excellent thermal cracking resistance

· Good corrosion resistance

· Balance of strength and toughness
