High-frequency welder

A high-frequency welder is an efficient resistance welding equipment that utilizes the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current to locally heat the metal to be welded to a molten or plastic state in an extremely short time, and then applies pressure to complete the weld.

It is mainly used for continuous longitudinal seam welding, with typical applications including:

• Pipe welding production: It welds the longitudinal seams of pipes made from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals, serving as the core equipment in high-frequency ERW pipe production lines.

• Profile manufacturing: Such as the welding of finned tubes and lightweight structural profiles.
